Come Worship With Us!
After a year of gathering online for Sunday worship, we are pleased to move into a hybrid service offering both in-person and live stream options! We also have a Sunday Children's program available and you can find more information about it on the Get Connected Children's Page.
Attendance Last Week: 66
We are limiting our total capacity to 100 attendees, under 50% of the sanctuary's total capacity.
We require that first time attendees sign-up through the Google Form below. Returning attendees do not need to sign-up but please remember to go through the self-health questionnaire before attending!
Fully Vaccinated Required for Youth and Adults
We require that youth and adult attendees to be fully vaccinated and to be wearing a mask to ensure a safe in-person worship service.
The CDC website says that, "people are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 ≥2 weeks after they have received the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or ≥2 weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson [J&J]/Janssen)."
For the worship service on September 19, you must have received the second dose of Pfizer or Moderna, or the sole dose of J&J, on or before September 5.
Vaccination NOT Required for Children under 12
We are welcome parents to bring their children under the age of 12 who are not vaccinated. Like adults, we require that children above the age of 2 to wear a mask during the worship service.
Self-check Health Questionnaire Required
Before coming on Sunday, please run through the self-check health questionnaire below.
What to Bring
Please bring a mask and proof of vaccination.
Arrive Early for Check-in
Please arrive fifteen minutes before the service starts. This process includes finding parking, confirming your sign-up, validating your vaccination status, and performing a quick infrared temperature check.
Limited On-Site Parking Available
The auxiliary lot is available for parking but the main campus parking is currently reserved for the Chinese congregation. Due to limited parking, please carpool if possible.
Self-check Health Questionnaire

Are you waiting for a COVID test result because you may be sick or have been exposed?
If you are unsure or answered "Yes" to any of the questions, please stay home.
