Note on Subsidized Rates & Guest Registration
To keep this event accessible, CFCC Hayward subsidizes registration fees to $180 per adult, youth, or child with a bed, and $90 per child (ages 4–11) without a bed. The unsubsidized cost for housing and meals is $308 and $154, respectively; we gratefully welcome donations to help cover these expenses, and while additional donations are tax-deductible, please note that mandatory registration fees are non tax-deductible.
For those who regularly attend another church, we warmly welcome your participation through our guest registration. While we strive to accommodate everyone, priority for both space and subsidized rates is given to regular attendees of CFCC Hayward. Guest registration is available at the unsubsidized cost of $308 (with bed) or $154 (without bed).
